"Room is decent and clean so far except no one came to empty trash and replaced shower towels "

"Frig not working, had to reset the heater, smells like someone was smoking, and the fire alarm was going off and I did not have a number for front desk. Didn’t know if I needed to get out do to a real fire. Do not feel safe here either and probable won’t get a good nights sleep. "
