“It's a nice old flat. The unit is the end apt. in like a 6 apt. house and edges on the street and an alley that is like a street. So, for privacy, I'd keep the curtains closed and didn't get the wonderful light in the picture. You get a parking pass for the street, but parking can be challenging so give yourself extra time. The kitchen was big and well equipped; it's great to have a washer and dryer, but the dryer is very noisy so don't plan on going to sleep with it running.”

“Great location! Everything is in such close proximity to the loft:) we stayed specifically for the Kings games at golden 1 center. We didn’t even rent a car. Short Uber rides everywhere. The DOCO has a lot to offer but I was pleased with the places walking distance from the loft. The temple for coffee. Cantina alley is fun and “The Sandwich Spot” always hits the spot. Definitely recommend”

“Four days in Sacramento for an event in the downtown area. This apartment was close by, clean, and spacious and worked well for our family. I enjoyed relaxing and doing my hobbies in the kitchen area while they were out. Had everything we needed. No complaints.”

“The little cottage was a perfect spot for our needs. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood with a very lovely park across the street. The garden around the house was beautiful, we enjoyed having space for our small dog. The only thing is that there is a deep step up to the bathroom someone with bad knees may have trouble stepping up. Also the toilet is in need of repair. The hostess was kind and left a nice bottle of wine and a dark chocolate bar for us to enjoy! Thanks for sharing your……

“Clean, quiet, well-apportioned space. Be prepared to bring ALL of your own amenities including your own towels, soap/shampoo, flat sheet, hair dryer, coffee maker, cooking tools (there is no stove/oven, only a microwave), dishes/utensils (if need more than three sets of utensils, three plates and two mugs), paper towels, toilet paper (if need more than one roll).”

“Clean and convenient stay. 2 hour parking was not an issue during our stay. Lots of spaces right in front of the unit.”

“My husband and I stayed at the barn loft for a weekend getaway and absolutely enjoyed our time. The views from the east and west windows were stunning even with sporadic stormy weather - vineyards, sunrises and sunsets. While the space is small, the room was comfortable with a bed, dining table, kitchenette, and living space with TV. The heater worked great and the instructions for check-in and check-out were clear. I never had to contact the host, but had good communication prior to our stay.”
