“What a gem! It’s conveniently located in the heart of midtown and walking distance to the ice blocks and lots of coffee shops and restaurants! The unit is so well kept and perfect inside! It has everything you need and perfect for 2 people. The available parking spot on the driveway is so convenient. I didn’t have any issues with noise from the upstairs unit besides a hearing footsteps every now and then but nothing out of the ordinary. It has its own private entrance. The only thing I will say……

“Booked it for Ironman California. It was close to everything, but quiet. Very comfortable beds, great kitchen and tv/ living room. Clean and well stocked. Super relaxing place and very unexpected for a city. Host was fantastic. Would book this place any time I’m in Sacramento. Excellent!”

“Great place, with a convenient proximity to Midtown and downtown. Walkable neighborhood with cafes and places to eat. The place was easy to find and had all the amenities you need. Parking pad was tight but convenient during busy hours where street parking is unavailable.”

It was the perfect solution for us attending a conference at the Convention Center, Hyatt and Sheraton just a couple of blocks walking distance away! There are also lots of great spots to eat, have drinks or just stroll nearby. We loved it and will be back! ”
