「Comfortable beds but bathroom is damp and has black mould, stairs are really steep, lounge is small and garden is overgrown and inaccessible. Kitchen has very limited utensils (not even a chopping board or sharp knife). Neighbours dogs are quite annoying too! But close to a small park and good wifi/Netflicks TV.」

「We loved staying in this house. It had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We used the house as a base for Alton Towers which was a 25 minute drive away. We was left a welcome pack of goodies which was very much appreciated, and noticed the little touches like travel cots and high chairs, and a play room at the back of the house so perfect for families. There was room on the drive for 2 cars. We had a little issue when we was there and I was able to call the owner right...

「Very good for vacation rental. Some may find shower stalls too small; also some may find the modern fixtures in bathrooms and kitchen require some basic explanation/directions for use (i.e. too late when in shower and no glasses on to find out which faucett to use and how).」

「Clean, quiet, all the amenities. Handy way of checking in and out late at night. Delighted with the parking permit too. 」

「The house is good but it was not very clean. The entrance looked like it hadn’t been swept in 6 months. The trashcan outside was full. One of the sheets was stained. One of the showers was clogged. They only left us 1 trash bag for the whole week. The house is good it’s just a shame they don’t clean it properly. I did send pictures of the house and did expect them to send some one toast least clean the entrance. But they never did. 」
