The entire staff was absolutely superb! House cleaning, front desk, the dining staff on 14th floor and restaurant! They were all so friendly! And it seemed genuinely warm and delightful! The history of the Chateau can’t be beat!

Need more sitting areas outside of your room to play cards There’s plenty of room to do it on level 3. The activities were wonderful the children loved the face painting, the reptiles, music at pool!! Fun had by all!!

This was not a true four-bedroom house. It had two actual bedrooms, plus two crawl spaces that are barely suitable even for small children. The place was almost well-equipped, but it lacked some basic items like an oven and a kettle.
