“I use a wheelchair. The parking was close and made it easier for me. The room was spacious. I was happy to see that the bed was a regular height not high like the trend now in many hotels.”

“Literally the worst hotel I have stayed in, the quality of the rooms were dismal, there was mold in the bathroom, the ceiling was falling down, holes in the wall, bugs crawling all over. Staying at this location was the last place I would have picked if not for the need to be at this certain location. Most of the other doors are either frozen shut or the key card reader does not work. The “breakfast” is so disgusting with the waffle maker never cleaned which leave them black from how dirty it……

“The staff is nice. Virginian Motel is under new management. The staff knows me because I was here for 4 days before, and I was here one more time before then, and that was since my birthday in November of last year. The staff is kind, the property is good, the cleanliness and fantastic, the amenities are nice, I just wish there were outlets next to the bed to plug phone chargers in, and I wish there was a mini refrigerator to put things that need to be cold in, like certain medications, and……

“We ended up not staying because after i booked they listed all the fees. You have to check in by 8 pm but is listed as 2:30am and there is a $20 per person per day fee to use the pool. And you have to give a 48 hr notice to even use the pool and i booked last minute so that would have been a waste too. To use the hot tub its $100 extra but that is the only thing listed before you book. It would not have been worth the 3.5 hr drive we were going to make. ”
