Goed ontvangst in het Nederlands! De loft is zeer proper, goede ligging, lekker ...

Goed ontvangst in het Nederlands! De loft is zeer proper, goede ligging, lekker rustig, alles om comfortabel te leven is aanwezig. Het enige grote nadeel is de verwarming. De buizen van de vloerverwarming liggen er, maar er is nog steeds niet op aangesloten. Je bent dus verplicht om de pelletkachel te gebruiken. Ze vragen 6 euro per zak pellets en dat is mooi winst maken sinds ik ze voor 4,3 euro hier thuis heb liggen. De kachel was ook niet proper gemaakt waardoor deze niet ontstoken geraakte. Gelukkig had ik kennis van pelletkachels. Het is een topwoning voor in de zomer, maar in de winter is de vloerverwarming echt wel nodig!

Algemeen Zeer modern, ruim, en alles (ikea) nieuw. Mooi afgewerkt, behalve de vloerverwarming die nog niet werkt. Ontvangst kon beter. Omgeving, ligging en zicht zijn super. Zou 5 sterren kunnen krijgen als ontvangs beter was en er ook voldoende verwarming is in de winter. Ontvangst Zoals via mail afgesproken kwamen we toe om 21u30. Echter bleek niemand bereikbaar op het nr naar waar we moeten bellen. Ook op het nr op de info fiche was niemand bereikbaar. GPS stuurde ons ook eerst verkeerd, Le Lofty is boven Bob’s gym. Die is wel te vinden via google. Door aan te bellen bij een huis er vlakbij zijn we toch binnen geraakt. Daar wandelde de zoon mee tot aan de deur om ons binnen te laten, maar van rondleiding of uitleg was geen sprake. De sleutel zat in een kluisje naast de deur, men had ons dit ook kunnen laten weten via mail dus. De woning lag er zeer mooi bij toen we aankwamen. Alles zeer proper, pelletkachel stond ook reeds aan. En er ligt ook een infomap. Die bevat wel niet zo veel nuttige info helaas. Voorzieningen Zeer modern, met flat screen tv, RGB led verlichting etc. Radio, DVD speler In de keuken oven, microgolf, mixer, friteuze, grill, fondue, gourmet, fruitpers, 2 grote frigo’s waarvan 1 met vriesvak. badkamer Haardroger, regendouche. Kinderbed, eetstoel, babybadje en potje. Omgeving Parkeren kan vlak voor de deur, en er is ruimte genoeg voor meerdere auto’s. Het is vlak boven een fitnessruimte, maar veel last hadden we hier niet van. Het zicht van op het terras is zeer mooi, maar wegens te koud niet van kunnen genieten. Verder zeer rustige ligging en mooie omgeving. Minpuntjes De vloerverwarming is voorzien, maar er is nog geen ketel op aangesloten. Verwarming is er dus enkel met de pelletkachel. Deze werd dan nog begrensd op 20 graden. In onze kamer was het 11 graden ‘s nachts, wat toch vrij fris is voor onze baby. (het was buiten wel -10) Ventilatie van WC is er niet en die in de badkamer zou iets krachtiger mogen zijn. Het geluid van de TV was maar matig. Er waren extra boxen voorzien via de dvd speler, maar die kregen we niet werkende. pluspunten Alles was zeer proper. Modern en afgewerkt zeer goeie wifi. Kon perfect chromecast aansluiten op de tv ook Zeer mooie omgeving. Uitrusting was zeer compleet

We zijn heel fijn in het Nederlands ontvangen en rondgeleid door mevrouw. Mooie woning, ruim en modern ingericht. Twee mooie ruime kamers, één iets kleinere kamer helemaal achterin de woning. Perfect uitgeruste keuken, ruime badkamer met inloopdouche. Klein minpuntje was de kracht van de waterstraal uit de regendouche, wij waren er 4 dagen en op de derde dag kwam er bijna geen water uit de douche.. Wij hebben heerlijke zonnige wandeldagen achter de rug! -)

Het is een modern ingericht appartement, met in de leefruimte een mooi uitzicht op de natuur. Je hebt inderdaad geen gehoor van de fitnessruimte, wel een beetje van de aangrenzende woonruimte. De keuken is een beetje aan de donkere kant omdat er geen ramen zijn en het aanwezige licht niet voldoende gericht is op de spoelbakken. Een LED-strip onder de wandplank is misschien een oplossing voor wat extra licht. De slaapkamers zijn ruim, het bed in de middelste kamer is wel aan vervanging toe, vandaar de score redelijk. Het appartement was heel proper, ook het sanitair. Hier was door de schoonmaakploeg een foutje gemaakt, dit werd duidelijk vermeld in een briefje in 3 talen. Het extra toilet had een beetje een geur. Misschien kan een luchtverfrisser plaatsen dat wegwerken. De verhuurder kon niet aanwezig zijn bij aankomst, waardoor we niet echt wisten waar we moesten zijn en of we gewoon mochten binnen lopen. Via sms werd dit in orde gebracht en de verhuurder kwam de volgende dag langs om alles in orde te brengen qua papieren.
