“One overnight quick stay perfect for that. Location was great for us as we floated 3 miles on Roubidoux creek. Barn not much to look at from outside but inside house was neat and clean and appears as pics suggest. Two nice beds and nice living room area. Pet bowls great convenient touch. Pool table is great. Ate in old town Waynesville. Gravel road to house was quick to get to off highway and 100% perfectly fine.”

I dont think maintance ever actually checked around the hot water heater as there was still a puddle around it.
