Summary: Lock failure in extreme winter conditions, delayed response, and ADA violations.During my recent January stay, the outdoor electronic lock on this property failed and my friend and I were locked out at around 10:00 p.m. in -3F weather. “I had a great week skiing at Stowe, and honestly, the best part was staying at the condo. I felt right at home, with just the right touch of ski lodge and cozy home vibes. I walked in to find a lit Christmas tree, convenient spots for shoes and boots. Lots of natural light, a comfortable couch, an eating area, a kitchen, and cooking amenities.
