「Service charge of 10% is a bit high on the restaurant bill.」

「This was our second stay at the hotel. On our arrival we reported that the heating in the room wasn't working and were told that someone from mantainance would come to look at it. As nobody attended, we reported it again first in the morning only to find out that by the time we returned in the early evening, the heater still didn't work. We had to report it a third time before they made it right .」

「We had a great stay at Fawsley Hall - the staff were incredibly helpful and the food / breakfast was fantastic!」

「Excellent stay at the Hopping Hare. Food is really really good and the room was large and comfortable.」

「This hotel is one of the Old English Inns. Very vintage style, clean, and comfort. If you want to try some typical English countryside, it is. The location may not suit for those don't drive.」

「The tub is hard to get in and the plastic door above the tub is uneasy to shut, therefore it leaks. The condition is excellent.」

「Very helpful, friendly staff that made you feel at home, but also gave you space. The room was very clean and was cleaned everyday. Breakfast was of a high standard although it would have been even better had fresh fruit been included. We ate every evening in the restaurant and the food was amazing」
