Overnight Stop on a Bike Tour

Incredibly nice hotel for a good price. Able to book last minute and the staff was lovely when I arrived near midnight. The bicycle storage in the basement is one of the nicest features I’ve ever seen. Breakfast was excellent and the room was comfy and clean. Hope to visit Wismar again soon and will definitely book here when I do

All good so far, the view on the 7th floor was super nice. One thing I will say that needs to be changed urgently. The beds that you stand as a 3rd and 4th person in a room, so the extendable sofas are really uncomfortable. They should not be placed anywhere and certainly not in a hotel. You sleep better on an inflated camping mattress. I say this not to hurt anyone but so that no one is hurt ;-). I'm really not a raisin picking person, but it must be changed otherwise we as a family would no longer check in only for this reason.

Would return!

Incredibly polite staff. Room was spacious and comfortable, with a big window and a pretty view. Breakfast was delicious, and I believe the choice was big enough to cater to everyone’s preferences. Convenient location, very close to everything, especially water (huge pro!).

This hotel has no air conditioner. Also no Internet service during my stay. Inconvenient hotel for the business trip people. Make sure before you reserve this hotel. Pretty unkind staff for the parking issue. Breakfast Buffet is okay.

Tolle Zimmergröße. Ausreichend Platz. Ausstattung z.T. nicht mehr in Ordnung. Die Schlafcouch für die Kinder war schon sehr runter. Für ältere Kinder würde ich es nicht mehr buchen. Selbst mein 8 jähriges Kind hat die Federn/Lattung gemerkt. Der Teppich ist sehr dreckig und abgelebt. Es gibt keinen Wasserkocher oder kleinen Kaffeekocher. Wir waren im Winter dort bei -8°C. Die Heizkörper haben es nichr geschafft, das Zimmer hochzuheizen. Auf Nachfragen bekamen wir 2 weiter Winterzudecken (vorher: 2 dünne Decken für die Kinder - ärgerlich). Das sehr gute Frühstück hat 5/5 Stern verdient. Es war alles da und es war reichhaltig. Das renovierungsbedürftige Hotel sollte mal aufgehübscht werden. Denn insgesamt ist die Lage hervorragend!

Service war gut gewesen . Sehr Gastfreundlich. Auch das Frühstück war gut gewesen. Es war ausreichend und wenn was fehlte wurde es sofort aufgefüllt. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich . Zimmer waren ok gewesen . Aber man sah das Alter an und leider fehlte ein Kühlschrank.
