“Nous revenons vers vous suite à notre séjour de 4 jours en famille dans l’un de vos logements le grand frontalier, séjour qui s’est malheureusement déroulé dans des conditions totalement inacceptables. À notre arrivée, l’appartement était dans un état désastreux : extrêmement sale, mal entretenu, fenêtre et chasse d'eau cassée, avec une forte odeur persistante de cigarette et une isolation très insuffisante. Ces conditions ne correspondent en rien à un logement proposé à la location, a fortiori……

“Les informations transmises dans le guide d'accueil sont très pratiques, le logement est facile à trouver, aucun problème pour se garer à proximité. Système efficace de boite à clefs pour récupérer et déposer les clefs. Équipements fonctionnels, appartement spacieux, literie confortable, pas de problème technique à déplorer. Petit bémol sur la prestation ménage qui n'était pas à la hauteur. Nous recommandons ce logement!”

Informationen betreffend Checkout haben wir 6Stunden nach Checkout-Termin erhalten.. Bad, insbesondere Dusche sind stark verkalckt ansonsten sauber. Zentrale Lage in Dudelange.”
