Debonaire Suites - 201 Downtown, Stratford, Modern Downtown Suite

Located right in the heart of downtown Stratford, this modern suite is an easy walk to all four theatres, as well as restaurants, shops and parks. Newly renovated featuring 15' ceilings, skylights, original brick and natural wood feature walls, and a fireplace (electric), this luxury space brings calm and comfort. Fully serviced kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, smart TV, Cable, Crave TV and free Wifi. This suite sleeps up to four guests.

Additional info:
Your suite is located on the second story, accessed from the front of the building.
Parking is located behind the building.

An Endy mattress on the Queen bed provides maximum comfort.
All bed pillows and mattresses are wrapped in full dust mite and bed bug protection.
This suite is cleaned chemical free (Norwex).

This is a superb apartment in the heart of downtown Stratford. It’s spacious, comfortable, well furnished, bright, and spotlessly clean. Full kitchen, good sized bathroom with an excellent shower. It’s close to coffee shops, restaurants, and theatres. Coffee, tea, cream, and Rheo Thompson mint smoothies were greatly appreciated. Serena is a terrific host. This is one of the best apartments we’ve stayed at in Stratford!

A great little getaway!
What a beautiful spot! Thoughtfully appointed with things like a hair dryer, bandaids, iron etc provided. Skylights and large windows provide lots of natural light. Serena have great directions for check in, and then checked in with us later on to make sure everything had gone smoothly and we were settling in well. Of note to potential renters- as this vrbo is on a Main Street, traffic noises are inevitable. Keep this in mind if you prefer a place that is completely silent. There are also about 20 steps up to the space, good to know if you have mobility challenges.

Theatre trip
This property was perfect for my husband and I. It was perfectly stocked and equipped for our stay. It is located right downtown walking distance to shopping, restaurants and theatre. The Balzac coffee shop is directly below as I enjoy a latte in the morning.
