The check in staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, offering suggestions about attending the Stratford festival and offering their shuttle service. The room is very lovely, with natural light and AC. Their restaurant is also a delight- accessible, accommodating and with a succinct but delicious menu.

Very clean and cosy. The area is safe and most things are within walking distance. One downside - they don't have any microwaves in the rooms or anywhere in the facitiy.

We were here on February 16 and had a wonderful time. Staff could not have been friendlier and when they found out we were celebrating an anniversary, left us a special treat in our room. I would recommend staying here. The location is fantastic and on site pub is terrific. I will definitely book this hotel again.

The staff were great and the room was spotless. Unfortunately our room was in the older part of the hotel and had a fair amount of character. My wife has mobility issues and the sloping floor was a real issue for her. (so bad that one of the bed legs had book under it)

Very nice friendly staff. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. We ate 3 times at the restaurant food was excellent and wait staff were great. Only complaint is when the heat came on it blew cold air at the bed.

The Parlour Inn was a very comfortable hotel, centrally located with lots of parking. The staff (desk and cleaning ) were fantastic, friendly and efficient. I would recommend staying at the Parlour to my friends and will certainly stay there next time I am in town.
