Little gem

This was a stop over between Ben Nevis and Scafell, and what a little gem. Would definitely come back. Newly kitted out barn conversion, 10/10 for service and friendly staff. We stayed in the family room, which was ideal for 3 friends. Town isnt far away either with lots of restauarnts to choose from.

Comfortable but impersonal.

Clean and comfortable, good shower, and breakfast. Very impersonal though with little human contact. Check in is via a key box, breakfast was ordered by text the night before. Apart from the standard "brown or white toast" and "is everything ok?" at breakfast, no one from the B&B spoke.
