「Very nice Condo, elevator could be cleaner. Parking spots are very narrow but area is decent. Need to not ask customers to bring extra toilet paper, paper towls, soap, etc, for what you pay to stay there. All these should be there already. All in though a nice place to stay while in the area.」

「Fantastic cabin, very clean and had absolutely everything we needed for a great holiday. Nice quiet area, I was worried about driving up steep hills but it's really easy to get to the cabin. As stated we received entry details / directions in plenty of time and these were easy to understand etc. It was also very convenient for access to Pigeon Forge / Servierville etc as well as for Smoky Mountains. We had a great holiday and a lot of that was due to knowing we were returning to a lovely quiet...

「This cabin was perfect. Exactly the space we needed. A beautiful covered porch with rocking chairs and a fire pit beside a gorgeous stream. We could get to GSMNP without going through the hassle of Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Would love to stay here again!」

「My aunt wanted to go to the mountains one more time. She will be 85 this month so ease of entry was important. My 72 year old mother was also with us. It was the perfect size for the four of us. The mountain view was gorgeous! It didn’t take long at all to get to town. We were able to have food & groceries delivered. I would stay here again. We all enjoyed our visiting on the porch in the morning, watching the evening’s sunlight changing, the blue smoke rising & spotting fire flies.」

「The room was clean. They have lots of fun activities and places to go on-site. We spent more time at the resort than anywhere else during our vacation. I was sad to find out that the resort is now charging for Soaky Mountain. However, the tickets are reasonably priced if you are a guest at the resort. Toni Ungurds from the front desk was super helpful and nice. We will definitely be returning in the future. 」
