The place was great, centrally located. Emmanualla was available the entire time. We needed instructions to get in. It wasn't very easy, but once learned, it was doable. Two recommendations: We had to pay extra for sheets and towels. That is crazy. Even after I paid for sheets and towels, the sheets were not put on the beds. They were folded on the bottom in a stack, and it was my job to put them on the bed. If I have to pay for the service, then provide that service. We were given 3 towels (1 hand towel, a bath mat, and a large towel)per room for 7 days. There were two people in each room. very inadequate. Just go buy some towels and provide them. If they are missing at the end of the stay, charge people 100 a piece. I would rather just have sheets and towels available. My recommendations are made so the owner can make better changes and become a 5-star provider. They are almost there.
