The property is currently going through renovations, and we were lucky enough to get a newly remodeled room. Excellent! The lobby is going to be so nice, too! Great location and the staff is sweet. Hats off to the front desk attendant, Elizebeth, she was wonderful!

The hotel is under renovation
Staff tried to be helpfull, but will not stay there again, at least while this place is under the renovation process. Was on my way and not very expensive in compare to others, but did not worth that at all.

This property is a construction site. The inn is undergoing renovation. The property is full of garbage and debris. The actual inn and room do not look like the photos. The heating was inadequate. The only staff available were workers. There was no breakfast which was advertised in the description of the property. It was an unsafe environment.

Let's start with the basics: the room and bed were fine, normal, updated, except the stained ceiling tiles. But the whole property looks like a dump, literally: there was discarded furniture and fixtures, piles of construction refuse and materials, dumpsters piled with trash, and all kinds of junk everywhere! We had to step over cut up drywall and other trash to get to the office and then also to our room. Down the hall from our room were piles of stuff, etc, There was a sign visible from the road on the lobby door that said "closed", so I seriously thought it was closed, except for the fact that we could see people in some rooms. Then when I approached the lobby door there was a hand-scrawled sign written in orange letters, almost illegible and definitely not readable from the parking lot, that said, "Use window". So being a persistent person, I did, and everything was fine.

Well, it was a place to sleep. Poorly done rehab of a older hotel, they skimped on everything, not modern, clean or safe. I did not unpack anything for fear of contamination.

We checked in and were told to park around the back. The parking lot was full of construction trash as half the hotel was shut down. The room was dark with an over bearing smell of cleaning fluids. We decided not stay. Returned the key and booked another hotel.

Rooms are clean and nice, except gross windows. Rooms not missing anything. Constant road noise. Just OK bed comfort. Not a great location. Hotel layout not great. Remodeling going on. No bathroom in lobby. Breakfast is extremely limited with only coffee and waffles.

Not as expected
Overnight couple trip. Pictures made room look nicer than it actually was. While it appears they may have done some upgrades to the rooms (shower stall and bathroom vanity appeared redone). The rest of the room need an overhaul. The shower curtain was disgusting on the bottom to the point that we left it outside the shower so it wouldn’t touch us while we showered. It was crunchy and had mildew/mold on bottom. There was a bottle opener screwed onto the bathroom vanity. The door to the room we were given was open when we got there. They are in the process of completely redoing some of the other rooms so maybe things will be better assuming they hadn’t completed this room yet.

Was put in the wrong room at check in. Building is falling apart and musty. Put in the correct room, cracks in the drywall, water stained carpet, broken toilet that wouldn’t flush, light wouldn’t turn on, dirty shower, limited parking. A literal nightmare. Talked to the front desk about a reimbursement and was told we needed to talk to management. Who is management then?

The room was spacious and clean, and the king size bed was comfortable. One of the night stand lights was blown. The complimentary breakfast was very minimal - just pancake batter. There were no tea bags or milk, just black coffee. Maybe, we went down too late close to the last 1/2 hour it was offered.
