Front Desk representative Iryna was rude and kept me from getting my reservation completed, I had to wait over an hour to get all I had reserved applied to my account. I was also overcharged to my credit card due to a “system error”for which I had to call to get reimbursed. Bad customer service experience.

The AC was barely working, the room stayed very hot to the point that we had trouble sleeping. The bathroom faucet did not provide cold water, it was hot and it did not smell good, I didnt even want to brush my teeth with it. They refunded my pet fee when I told them we had service animals, only for someone to charge me the pet fee again on the following day without telling me. Extremely shady and will NOT be staying at any Marriot properties in the future.

My favorite thing about this location is that there is a Taco Bell a few minutes away.
