In the heart of South End Sudbury. This property is perfectly situated to explore all that Sudbury has to offer.

Very close to Downtown, Science North/Dynamic Earth, local breweries/distilleries, restaurants, Kivi Park, Adanac Ski Hill, local arenas including the Sudbury Arena and the list goes on! Walking distance to Robinson lake/playground.

Public transit only a minute away.

On the main floor you will find kitchen, living/dining room three bedrooms and a full bath. In the basement there are an additional two bedrooms, full bath, laundry room and a spacious tv area.
All bed linens and towels are provided.

A bit of a dissappointment

Upon entry we were overwhelmed with the smell of pine cleaner and had to immediately open windows and doors in an attempt to air it out. By morning the pine cleaner odour faded and we detected the smell of cats. The furniture was old, worn and uncomfortable. Bed pillows were not very good quality.
