Everything was so perfect during our stay! The staff was so attentive and kind, we received a welcoming drink and even had turned down service every evening before bed. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel was just to beautiful and historic. The spa is also a nice addition, I had a very relaxing spa and steam room and the shower facilities are very nice. I definitely recommend the Swan, I want to come back and visit again!!

Staff food lounges all excellent. But our bedroom had an extractor outside our window which was really noisy all night, spoilt our stay, we were told it would stop about 10 pm but NO, we were then offered earplugs!! Not a change of rooms, such a shame as it was our 53rd wedding anniversary.☹️
