「Bellissima esperienza, ci siamo sentiti a casa. L’hotel seppur piccolo è molto accogliente e ha superato ogni nostra aspettativa. C’è la possibilità di riservare per 1 ora una sauna/onsen privata, bellissimo! Ci torneremo sicuramente. Se devo trovare un punto sfavorevole è il rumore che si sente degli altri ospiti. Ma per la bellezza del locale e del luogo, si puó certamente chiudere un occhio :)」

「スタッフの皆さん、とてもステキでした。 朝、お風呂や朝食のために部屋をでたとき、ベットメイキングの女性から明るく挨拶されて、とてもよかったです。 朝食もおいしかったです。 部屋はテーブルの下の木の部分に穴が空いていたり、はげているところがあるので、修繕したほうがよいかもしれません。 イスのクッションがへたっていました。 ベッドはとてもよくて、ぐっすり寝られました。」

「總體上講，在伊那這種小城鎮，以這個價格住這種酒店，還是基本可以接受的。酒店離火車站很近，設施比較老舊，房間里充滿了燒油的味道，只有一個公共澡堂，男女共用，18-20點女士洗漱，20-22點男士洗漱。我去的時候，有一位女客人沒有遵照女士的洗漱時間，因此我在外面等了一會才可以去洗漱。店主阿姨不會講英文，溝通稍微有些困難，但人蠻熱情。」
