“The cabin was very cozy and fit our family (& pup) with plenty room. It is a little ‘rustic’ but exactly what we were looking for. Grounds are magical- tire swing, a brook, fire pit. Kids say it is their favorite place we have stayed so far. Host very responsive and helpful.”

“This house was more than well stocked! It was very clean and communication with the host was excellent. It is very cozy, has great outdoor space and games to choose from. Everything was perfect!”

“Probably the newest and nicest place we have stayed on Perkins Pond. Unfortunately the folks that are paid well for cleaning don’t do a good job. First impression was great but as we were unpacking began to notice things that had been neglected for some time. We contacted one of the folks and it turned out be the property owner. He was wonderful and grateful for our concern. I just hate that the cleaning company is taking advantage of the property owners.”

“Our hosts were very helpful in getting us settled into our cozy, comfortable cabin, using the VRBO messaging system to quickly get back to us on our questions. We were skiing Okemo for a few days, so this location proved very convenient. I'd love to know where they got their living room furniture and master bed, because my sometimes fussy lower back was very comfortable.”

“We really enjoyed our stay—the home is cozy and very charming. The location is great, close to town, and we enjoyed the nearby coffee shop, diner, and café, as well as the close proximity to Magic Mountain.While the home was cozy and nicely appointed, we did find the bed to be very uncomfortable. We communicated this to the property manager, who was responsive and communicated well. They indicated they would investigate our concerns regarding the bed, and we hope this will be addressed so future……
