不滿：整潔度
The house is older so some of the things that were a little difficult came from the older house. We were somewhat concerned when first checking in how hot and humid it was inside. The property manager explained how we could adjust to the lowest setting of 70. I had 9 people to stay in the 5 br house. Two of the bedrooms were downstairs but what we didn’t know they were downstairs off the frontprorch which would give access to someone from the street unless the front outside porch door was not kept locked. These room would be cooled off by one unit for both the upstairs and downstairs (outside) down some stairs. The downstairs bedrooms two other rooms a sitting room and a TV room ‘s doors had to be kept closed in order to keep them cool from the upstairs unit. The upstairs bathroom was very dirty. The track on the tin was full of dust and debris. The floor were equally dirty and each corner filled with dust. All the furniture was full of dust and rugs didn’t look like they had been vacuumed in a very long time. The kitchen had clean towels out but had holes in the counter next to the sink which was covered up. The garbage disposal would shoot water and debris out when you used it. The refrigerator where you get water and ice was covered in black mold and mildew. And had a leak which we reported. Couldn’t turn the fans on due to them being so high up. The ceiling bulged and looked as if it could fall in. A cleaning charge was made to us but the house was not cleaned.
