About this property

Conch House - Ocean front with dock and pool

  • The Conch House is located at mile marker 28.5 on Little Torch Key. You can dock your boat right in your own front yard!! The newly constructed cement L shaped dock can accommodate up to a 26’ boat There are stakes to go between to get into the boat basin. The depth at high tide is 36” and 18” at low tide. The Conch House has a small “beach area” where you can launch your kayak or paddle board. There are 2 kayaks (one single, and one double) for your enjoyment.

    Your property manager lives nearby and is available if you have any requests during your stay

    Quiet neighborhood – Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am

    You will be provided check in instructions prior to your arrival
