The property comes with a double concrete slab and driveway, ensuring effortless RV parking. Comes complete with water, electric (30, 50 and 110 amp service) sewer and parking for one vehicle. Enjoy top-notch facilities including a heated saltwater pool, tennis, basketball, and bocce ball courts, a children's play area, boat ramp, and a convenience store with a fueling station. Engage in a host of community activities, from yoga sessions and pool aerobics to delightful Saturday pancake breakfasts and more. A one-time registration fee of $125 is required at check-in.
