Waterfront, Dock, Boat Landing...The Calm On The Cove Sleeps 8!

The Calm on the Cove is blissfully quiet and relaxing. Sunshine beams in through the massive windows in the back of the house. You can fish off the dock, drop your boat in at the boat landing just down the street (1.8miles), kayak right out of the back yard and enjoy a nice crackling fire on the cool fall nights. This house sleeps 8: 2 King beds (one upstairs and one downstairs in the primary), 1 Queen bed, and 2 Twin Bunk Beds. Each bdrm has a TV (WiFi only-no cable) and the kitchen was just renovated! It's a beauty! You're going to love it!!

A very lovely home for the Thanksgiving holiday. We arrived on Tuesday and had a few hiccups while there. Maggie and Tyler answered our concerns quickly, and were very accommodating in getting the issues looked at, even on Thanksgiving.The deck/dock was great for fishing. The TV has more live streaming than you can imagine.The kitchen was beautiful, big enough for all of us to gather around the island as we prepared meals especially the Thanksgiving feast. The beds were comfy. You will fall in love with his house. Thank you Maggie and Tyler

Lots of Natural light and very peaceful

The lake home has tons of natural light and we loved watching the many beautiful geese. The house is situated in a safe and lovely neighborhood. It’s a great area to take a quiet morning or afternoon walk. The open living room area is a great place for families. Our teens loved the board games and puzzle provided for guests. Maggie was a great host. She was responsive and very good to deal with. The back deck was great for grilling….. with a choice of a propane or charcoal grill. We enjoyed a hamburger cook-out while there. Food Lion Grocery store is only 15 minutes away. So stocking up on groceries is a breeze. The remodeled kitchen is well equipped with anything you may need for preparing a meal. Thank you for a great stay Maggie!
