「We had an amazing time at this cozy cabin on the river. This cabin is perfect for 2 (and a water-loving dog) and has everything you need. We enjoyed hanging out in the river all day and relaxing on the porch at night listening to nature. We had the best weekend and can’t wait to go back! 「Overall this was a very good stay, but I was slightly bamboozled by the amenities. It was listed on the amenities that there would be a Smart TV included in the home. I assumed that there would be WiFi in the home because why have a Smart TV listed and there’s no WiFi to operate it. 「We have family in the Tylertown area and usually stay at their place when we come for a visit. This time we decided to rent a place for the two nights and found Colbys River Retreat. Jolla was an awesome host. Greeted us to show us the functuins in the rv and gave us a bag of fresh picked blueberries. She was incredibly nice the rv was clean and had eerything you woukd need. 「Do not recommend. Host was entirely MIA and never provided check in information. Do they even own this property? I spent hundreds on food that went to waste when this was canceled due to the host’s lack of communication to me and vrbo staff.」

「Hi! I’m a pastors wife to a church that is local(ish) to this property, less than 1 hour away. We had ladies come stay the whole weekend & ladies who came out for the day….
