I had to let the front desk know that my towels, bedding and cleaning wasn't taken care of for two straight days until I had to inform the front desk clerk more than once about the lack of services. Very disappointed in the service; which I shouldn't have had to mentioned in a hotel such as Quality Inn.

Initially gave us a smoking room, had an opened condom packet, with broken fake nails in the drawer, and blood stains on the bed and pillows. My husband contacted the staff manager to come look at the room personally and they gave us another room that was non smoking instead, since I’m pregnant and we don’t smoke at all. Room was better besides there being cigarette ashes on the bottom of the mirror and given a towel that had hair glue and a few drops of blood on it. Was also told that we’d get an update on if the pool would be open and never received that update. Laundry is a little pricey for a hotel that has hair glue and blood stains on their linen. Our key stopped working for our door 3 or more times which was annoying and the breakfast was very dry and bland.

>The room was clean, and quiet. >The staff was friendly. I did a late check in, and the lobby doors were locked, the front desk clerk was ready and available to open the doors quickly for me. >Parking was open and close to the room. >The pool... 30% of my decision to stay here was because it had a pool. Upon further discovery the pool has a sign posted that it was closed by the health department. The water looked clean and area looked maintained. Could be a temporary thing. >Breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant via voucher. The restaurant is nice and offers a buffet and service dining options, with daily specials. It was a good stay, the room exceeded my expectations. And staff was courteous. Knowledge of the pool shut down would have influenced my decision to stay.

I would not stay here! The bathroom stink like piss! When the door closed, there was a slight crack you could see the light from the outside coming in. The door for joining room didn’t close tight. Walls are thin.
