  • Welcome to Stone's Throw #39 by 3 Peaks Rentals, a welcoming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom mountain condo with panoramic views of Mt. Tod and fantastic ski-in/ski-out access. Tall windows overlook the Orient return run and the signature 16th tee of Sun Peaks Golf Course, filling the open living space with natural light. After a day exploring the mountain, unwind by the gas fireplace or relax in the private hot tub while taking in the alpine surroundings.

Home away from home feel

The accommodations were perfect. Exactly as described. The kitchen had everything you would need to prepare meals. I would book again, recommend this property to friends and family.

The condo was in excellent conduction and very clean. We stayed here at the beginning of September for a golf trip and it suited our needs perfectly. The hot tub and bbq were a bonus!!!

Location is everything

Excellent property with access to ski in and ski out. It's a 10 - 15 minute walk to the village so if dining out every night is a requirement, this might not be the place for you but we ate most meals in, and we enjoyed the short walk in. If you have children than want to night ski, definitely not the place to be but for us, it was excellent. Great hot tub, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. The property managers were very good to deal with. Thanks

Long Ski/Snowboard Weekend Fun!

Perfect property for a peaceful getaway with easy access to the hill. Not only is it ski in/out, but you can actually see the Orient lift from the windows and deck as well as a great view of the ski area. We really enjoyed the quiet and tranquility being outside of the main village, which was just a quick 12-15 minute walk away. And we loved grabbing fresh Churros at the end of the day on the hill, taking the lift back up and skiing down to our place. The unit was a good size for the seven of us, with a good kitchen stocked with the tools we needed so we could cook meals and eat in comfort.

Nice place but too hot

The unit was well stocked, clean, and accurately represented in the listing. It had everything we needed for our stay, and the amenities provided were appreciated. Our primary concern was the temperature inside the home. There was only one air conditioning unit serving the entire home, with just one ceiling fan, there were no other means of circulating air to the bedrooms. As a result, the bedrooms became extremely warm and uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. We ended up sleeping multiple people in the living room for most of our stay because it was the only area that remained reasonably comfortable. The property is also located a bit farther from the village than we had anticipated. While this may not be an issue for everyone, it's worth considering if you plan to walk to restaurants, shops, or other attractions frequently.

Nice play for a getaway

Our place was very nice. I highly recommend it. There were 5 of us and we had plenty of room. Peaceful at night. Short walk to the village. Ski in/out was super convenient. Full kitchen that we took advantage of because we like to cook. The property manager was very responsive. We couldn’t figure out how to control the heat - heat was on the whole time, even though we turned it down and the fireplace wasn’t turning on, but it was warm enough without it. We would definitely want to return on our next holiday.
