Location, location, location!
Comfortable and spacious 960 sq. ft., one level upstairs condominium. Just one of our seven two bedroom units available! This unit comes with every amenity that you need to enjoy your home away from home. This condo has it's own private small hot tub and beautiful deck, 3 TV's, washer and dryer, gas fireplace and huge outdoor deck and it's own hot tub facing Sun Valley's Bald Mountain.
This is simply the best location in town with front door access to Sun Valley's ski lifts, bike path and the Big Wood River. Picking the perfect location for your stay in Sun Valley is important. Leave your keys in your condo and make your stay a pleasant and memorable experience.

Nice condo, great deck and hot tub. Struggled a little bit with the heat and only one fan, no A/C but didn't detract from the overall experience. Very much enjoyed it and hope to return.

Perfect location, excellent hospitality!

Pennay’s unit 2 is perfect for 2 couples or a small family. The hot tub on the deck and snowmobile shuttle back from the mountain can’t be beat. Gas fireplace, well equipped kitchen and several TVs top off the experience. The hot tub was under repair when we arrived, but we were notified in advance and were able to enjoy it on the last night of our stay. Would definitely stay here again- maybe in summer next time!

Nice condo, beautiful location. Remember the condo does not have air conditioning so if coming in the summer, keep that in mind. We came in the summer and it was a bit warm inside, but definitely tolerable with windows open. Would stay here again! Especially during ski season
