Hotel was cute, newer looking decor wise abd clean however bed was horrible! Spring mattresses are outdated and terribly uncomfortable!! Please upgrade your sleeping accommodations, seriously the main thing travelers need is a good rest.

The property is nice, clean well maintained. The pool clean. The breakfast no longer serves scrambled eggs, meat and hash browns . Instead they want you to pay $10.00 for an omelet. So that was disappointing.

I have had some bad experiences with non brand names. This was NOT one. This place was excellent from the facilities being top notch to the staff being friendly and helpful. Loved it

This hotel was very nice upon first appearance, which is why we were bummed to get to our room and find it had the strongest dirty sock smell ever, which got worse when we turned on the AC unit. The smell was so bad that we did not feel comfortable staying in it with our 2 young kids. The lady at the front desk was very kind and immediately found us another room. This room had no smell, but the bathroom fan didn't work, the bathroom door would not shut property, and there were visible cobwebs in some corners. It was very obvious this hotel is understaffed, which is likely the main reason such a nice hotel seems to be slowing degrading.

Loved this hotel! The pool was perfect, and the ice cream truck was such a fun touch. It’s close to the bike trails and just a quick ride to the heart of Hailey.

The pet area is very small. Love the Bumblebee ice cream truck out front. The curtains over the door need to be replaced. Shutting them was difficult. The young man that checked us out was extremely helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable. He made the stay for us.

Check in was unimpressive. Agent answered basic questions but did not seem interested in customer service or friendliness. Some problems are NOT the hotel's fault but some goofball parked a giant refrigerated semi-truck under my window and left it running for hours. My windows were literally rattling. Finally (after 3 hours) at 10pm I went to front desk to complain. Agent was not really interested and said the truck parked under my window had NOTHING to do with the hotel. She also shared that she didn't think the noise would continue throughout the entire night. I had ZERO confidence in her response and asked to move rooms. She couldn't move me to a comparable room so moved me to a lesser room with no compensation or apology for my inconvenience. Overall seems like poor staff training and poor problem resolution. Even when it's NOT your fault you need to pretend like you care about the customer experience and do something to make things right.
