「The condo is adorable and comfy! Taylor was so easy to communicate with. We had everything we needed and then some. We walked over to the waterfront park and had a lovely dinner at Sagos. Loved watching the boats go by while eating. Seven Sounds Brewery across the street from the condo had a fun band and great outdoor space to hang out. I will be back!」

「We loved the apartment! It had everything a family could need. It’s was clean with many amenities. The park spot was convenient. The washer and dryer was a definite plus as we were a family of 4 traveling for 10 days from Texas. The bed and bedding were nice and comfortable. The extra bed mat and bedding was comfy as well. The host was there when needed to answer any questions. Thank you for providing us with an awesome place to stay! We will definitely stay again when in the area. 」

「If you are planning a trip to the Elizabeth City area, this is the place to stay! Tastefully decorated in nautical decor, this condo is right on the Pasquotank River. Layout of the unit is perfect with a large living space and two bedrooms upstairs. Unit is spotless and the beautiful kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and then enjoy them on the deck overlooking the river. You won't go wrong with this rental!!」

「This was a great property for our large group to stay. This home in Downtown Elizabeth City has been updated and offers huge spaces and modern upgrades while respecting and honoring the historic home. The bedrooms and baths are huge, and there is tons of living and gathering space (two dining areas, two living rooms). It’s close to downtown, restaurants and easy to the main roads. Would definitely stay there again. 」

「We enjoyed our stay @ your cottage. It was well equipped and a peaceful location. Some draw blinds over the patio doors would have helped block the sun where we would watch TV but we managed to drape the leg blankets over that doorway and block the sun that way.We will keep your place in mind for another stay.」

「Nice home and neighborhood. Only issue we had is that the driveway is more narrow than appears, and there were no serving utensils in the kitchen, but we were very comfortable and would stay again.」

「We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this property! The home was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to local attractions but still quiet and peaceful for relaxing in the evenings.Our host was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. They went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome, even leaving a few special touches that made our stay extra memorable....

「Amazing property for our friend's Coast Guard retirement! Great relaxing deck area. Everything that you need and more!」

「Overall this was the perfect house for our short visit! Very clean and well stocked.Our only complaint was all the snow, unusual for this area. Fortunately we had a shovel and salt with us, which we had to use on the back deck and front stairs.」
