This two story property on the forefront of Sunderland Bay has so much to offer, whether you prefer a trip to the beach, which is just a 2 minute walk away or a relaxing afternoon on the porch with just the fresh sea breeze, the choice is yours.
This outstanding home offers an unrivaled view of the Bass Strait on both levels, but don't let that distract you from the stylish and spacious interior.
Downstairs you will find 2 of the bedrooms, one with it's very own toilet and one with direct access to the main bathroom. Also downstairs is the rumpus room with foosball table and enough space for everyone to gather around and have a great time. The laundry is also on this level.
As you walk upstairs into the open plan living, dining and kitchen area, the views really start to shine. On this floor you will find the master bedroom with ensuite and built-in wardrobe. The kitchen is complete with dishwasher, fridge, conventional oven and electrical stove top, all your necessities for cooking are covered.
Outside the property, a roller door leads into a double carport with plenty of space for a car or two or maybe a boat.
*The double lockup garage and back yard is not accessible for guests!
The property is 'outside' pet friendly - by application only, conditions apply!
*Please note that linen is not included when booking this property*
Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.
You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.
Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
A security deposit AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations. This will be processed via an online link 7 days prior to arrival and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that the Victorian Government has implemented a levy on short-stay accommodations. Starting January 1st, 2025, bookings of less than 28 days will incur the "short stay levy" in addition to the accommodation cost. For further details, please visit the SRO website.
