「This is a 100 yr old property that has been updated but a while ago. The rooms are small but the owner/staff was excellent and the stay was enjoyable. They included a made to order breakfast. Peterlee is a little out of the way but matched where we were going. Just stayed one night.」

「Lovely building and fantastic sitting room for guests. Kitchen amenities also available. Bedroom well appointed but leaking shower needed looked at. Housekeeping assistant came to each room in early evening to check we were all happy. Nice touch. Would definately stay here again. Valie for money.」

「All en-suite rims are different. Heavy wooden bed, headboard and furniture. Small en-suite but fully functional and lovely shower. Will definitely stay again.」

「Host was very welcoming, then you are left alone with own entrance to property which is fantastic. The decor is just as you would expect from a budget guesthouse but everything is spotlessly clean. They have everything you need for a low cost and comfortable stay.」

「The host is so nice and helpful. Homemade breakfast is great and you can eat all you want. It feels like home and the room is very clean. To conclude, nth I can complain while I stayed in this guest house.」

「A lovely B B with central location. Beautiful sea front walk only 5min walk from property. Owner Nisha kind and welcoming. Will be staying here again on my next visit to South Shields.」
