「We were all really impressed with this property for the price it was really excellent value. The owner was extremely helpful and welcoming. The property is amazingly well supplied with everything you could need. It is close to the city centre, but also within easy reach of the beaches like Roker. It may not be the most picturesque part of Sunderland but the neighbours were also very pleasant and welcoming. I wouldn't hesitate to book this again.」

「I booked the apartment because it was the only one with 2 single beds on Expedia website, unfortunately it wasn’t when we got there.
