Communication was efficient but no service provided effectively. We couldn’t find the on-site manager in our 8-day stay. 4/5 Room Condition - Very nice. New. Some mechanics noise from time to time. 5/5 Location - Perfect location. Popular day tour gathering points and public bus stops...

「Good experience of this hotel. The room is small, but good enough to fully open 2 big luggages. Close to the main street, and there is a supermarket open to 12 am around the corner. Indoor parking is the best part of this hotel, we can use room key to access the garage door. However, Hotel.com silver member benefits never happened during our stay. But We are happy with the location and easy parking of Skuggi Hotel. 」

「The hotel was perfect for our honeymoon! The staff went out of their way to make sure everything was amazing and left a complimentary note and gifts in our room. The views were stunning and nice and private. The breakfast was so tasty and great having it in our room. All the staff were so helpful, suggesting places to visit and sorting out anything we needed. 「小小的公寓，有陽台，有煮東西的地方，而且最方便的就是超市就是在5分鐘的路程內，很方便去購買食材，而且很接近手信大街。因為我們的房間要上樓，需要拖大行李，房東很好人地會在我們check out時幫我們提行李下去，因為太重，怪不好意思的，但整體而言，近超市大街，而且環境都安靜，是值得再入住的地方」
