「We arrived at the property and we were followed inside the apartment building by a drunk man yelling at us. We ran up the stairs and he followed, continuing to yell. We felt our safety was at risk, only exacerbated by the person passed out outside our door. We did not feel safe staying another night due to safety concerns. When we asked the host for a refund for the second night we were told it was not possible. 」
