All guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds

Property Suited Our Needs

We came into town to visit with family members who reside in Sea Trail. The unit met our needs but was a bit rundown.

Could have been so much better

Kitchen & bedrooms & bathrooms clean...Carpet & balcony very dirty; balcony has mold in carpet/walls/etc so badly that we could not sit outside. Rental Co(Affordable Large Properties) did not include on listings that it is $25 to check in early (as in we were 1.5hrs early---or maybe fee if even 30 mins early?? who knows? Our condo was ready) Also in Check OUT text (rec'd after we had left & checked out online) there was a sentence re $150 FEE!!! if the trash cans were not emptied in unit!! The pool in the condo area was not available (we were told only if owner leaves key??) Renters had a pool/restaurant facility available that was NOT within walking distance from our condo. I do not believe this info was on the listing. Checkin person/property mgr insulted me (re the look on my face!) Evidently my face showed my displeasure at not being told of the checkin FEE or pool outside of the condo area-- Lastly, as we were checking out from the second floor, the elevator stopped working....Really tough for over 65 renters like us!! Will not plan on renting from Affordable Large Properties again.

The pictures are deceiving. The clubhouse is smaller than it looks and closes at 9:00. The carpet in the condo had horrible stains. No hand soap to be found. Lots of rules and penalties if you don’t follow them. Even the guest book had lots of complaints. The location was nice but the condo definitely needs some work.

Overall enjoyed stay

Very spacious. Overall clean. Found a sock behind couch and an old almond in the fold out couch. Found a golf score card and water bottle in tv stand. Found a fingernail clipping on an end table. So not being cleaned as thoroughly as it should be. Also fold out couch is old and stained so no way we were going to use it. Needs to be replaced if going to advertise it as a place to sleep. There was cookware in the kitchen but no pot holder to remove the pan from the oven. One of the hair dryers sparked and smoked when it was turned on. Overall needs a bit of maintenance and updates but spacious and good location in the area.
