「This is our second time staying at this property. It is so comfortable, and feels like home. The kitchen and bathrooms are well appointed. The couches and bed are very comfortable. 「This was our second stay at this ranch style home. Our daughter got married in Chico and this house was the perfect place to stay! Plenty of room for the bridesmaids to get ready, etc.. 「I can’t review this property fully, because we never got to stay there. I would leave no stars if possible. Like other reviews stated, the host communication was non-existent, until I got vrbo involved. At that point, they reached out to see what I needed, then never responded again. All in all, I had to spend 1.75 hours on the phone to get this issue resolved. I highly advise to avoid this host. If like me, you book before reading the reviews, do yourself a favor and get on top of obtaining...
