The pool was not serviced prior to our arrival. It was cloudy, dirty, needed water and chemical and not fit for purpose. We had plumbing issues in main bathroom with tapware and flooding. We had issues with the coffee maker and the smoke alarm. The pool area does not look like the photo's, there is no green grass matting or timber portico. Neighbour decided to sand down furniture 2m from outdoor gazebo for 7 hours non-stop. We got standard sorry responses to issues, with no offer to remedy during our stay, or recompense. Not what we paid for, we feel duped are very disappointed. We will stay at a resort next time.
