The kitchen has all accessories, including fridge, oven, cook top, microwave, pans, crockery, cooking implements and cutlery.
We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service”

On booking, if you haven't already told us, we will ask for details of your group and information on your trip here to the coast. We do value our wonderful house and the well being of our neighbours.
The cleaning charge for your stay is levied on a normal clean. if guests have left garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, cigarette butts/cigarette smell/burns (which we will have cleaned or repaired) these will all be levied for all additional cleaning and replacement costs.
