Sliding doors open onto the generous balcony, where you can start the day with coffee or unwind in the fresh sea breeze after exploring Noosa.



Downstairs, the primary bedroom provides a peaceful retreat with a king bed, Smart TV, private balcony, and a spacious ensuite featuring a spa bath for a relaxing soak. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, built-in wardrobe, and Smart TV, while the third bedroom includes two single beds and a built-in wardrobe, making it ideal for children or friends. A second full bathroom serves the additional bedrooms, while the internal laundry adds convenience for longer stays.

Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire townhouse, including one secure undercover parking space within the complex. The heated swimming pool and spa are shared with other guests staying within The Rise Noosa.

Wander to Hastings Street in around ten minutes to discover boutique shopping, vibrant cafés, award-winning restaurants, and Noosa Main Beach. Spend the day exploring the scenic coastal trails of Noosa National Park or enjoy riverside dining and water activities along the Noosa River. Noosa Junction is also just a short walk away, offering supermarkets, casual eateries, bars, and local conveniences. With everything close by, it's easy to leave the car parked and explore on foot.



Getting Around:

It's approximately a 7-minute walk (or 2-minute drive) to Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach, while Noosa Junction is around a 6-minute walk away. With shops, restaurants, beaches, and walking tracks all nearby, you'll rarely need to use your car during your stay.
