The entire house including the swimming pool, tropical gardens, beach, secure double garage and private jetty are all for your own exclusive use.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must comply with the Local Council code of conduct, and the general house rules.



A gardener and pool keeper will be accessing the property every two weeks through the side gate.
