This stunning, modern home is positioned at the top of Alexandra Headland in the famous “Golden Triangle” precinct. Offering not only spectacular ocean views but is also walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops. With 4-bedrooms and 3-bathrooms and a new in-ground pool (built 2024) this split level family friendly home is perfect for larger families or a combined family holiday.

The Space:
Bedding Configuration:
Bedroom 1 – King bed
Bedroom 2 – Queen bed
Bedroom 3 – Queen bed
Bedroom 4 – 2x Single beds
Spanning over 3 levels: The lower level is perfect for teenagers to enjoy their own private space with two bedrooms, both with walk-in robes and access to a shared bathroom. Also on this level is a spacious living area with Tv, kitchenette, and a rumpus room with direct access to an entertaining deck, grassed yard and pool.
The first level of the home showcases a fully equipped gourmet kitchen to facilitate the needs of a large family, which looks out to the dining and family room and beyond to the stunning ocean views.
The master retreat, also on this level, features a superior king bed, a stunning ensuite with double vanities and showerheads plus a large walk-in robe.
A fourth bedroom is found on the upper level, and it too features an ensuite.
Offering indoor/outdoor living by folding open the ceiling to floor glass doors to the upper balcony, creating the perfect place to enjoy alfresco living, whilst enjoying year-round sea breezes and taking in the stunning outlook.

Guests have full access to the whole home.

🔹 Linen, bath towels, and essentials are provided, including a starter pack of toiletries & kitchen basics. (For stays longer than 2 days, we recommend bringing extra supplies.)
🔹PLEASE BE AWARE - We do require a pre-authorisation for this property of $1000.00. This is taken at the time of check-in using a credit card or debit card. This amount is held off your available funds and released after 10-14 days to cover any miscellaneous charges, damages, or breakages. This constitutes your agreement to the Terms and Conditions of Holiday Mooloolaba.
