Located on Sixth Ave this modern Apartment is on the eighth floor in the Rise Apartment Building. Ideally located opposite a great beach for surfing and swimming, it takes 2 minutes to walk to the sand. The sea view greets you as soon as you walk through the door and it can be enjoyed on the spacious balcony or from inside through the floor to ceiling glass doors. The apartment is very well equipped with all that you could possibly need for a great beach holiday. The ducted air conditioning cools and heats, the rooms are spacious and the decor is superb. There are several dining options within 50 metres, a wine bar at the bottom of the building, a bakery 2 doors away and Cotton Tree Village is a 5 minute walk.

Tranquil luxe apartment with 180 views of the ocean

Our sincere thanks to our gracious hosts, Sue and Struan for allowing my family and I to truly relax in their elegantly appointed 3 bedroom apartment. Whilst the stunning 180 ocean views had us memorised, we loved the little personal touches of bath salts for the panoramic bath, comfy bathrobes and chocolates on arrival. It was the perfect location for easy walking distance to the Sunshine Coast Marathon festival. Definitely will back.
