  • Relax and unwind in this beautiful, peaceful two-bedroom ground-floor apartment overlooking the Noosa River and surrounded by lush tropical gardens. The ideal spot for your next getaway, this apartment offers comfort, style, and a touch of waterfront magic.

    Master Bedroom: Enjoy a private patio with river views, an ensuite bathroom, and a spacious walk-in robe.
    Second Bedroom: Queen-sized bed with a full bathroom and laundry facilities.

    The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area flows seamlessly to the waterfront patio, perfect for relaxing with a coffee in the morning or enjoying sunset drinks.

    Located on Hygieta Street, one of Noosa’s most sought-after waterfront streets, you’re just minutes from Gympie Terrace, the Noosa River, the Yacht Club, and a variety of restaurants and bars.

Fabulous Spot for a Great Escape

One of the best properties we have stayed at for a short break away from it all. Very clean and comfortable with so many little extras provided that make it a real home from home. The location is almost perfect, near enough to beaches, bars and restaurants, but quiet enough to make for a relaxing break. Would love to go back sometime.

Lovely private location.

The apartment had everything you could possibly need, because we had all our meals out, to try cafes and restaurants, we did not cook, or bbq. Very comfortable beds, great bathrooms, important as we are elderly, lovely decor, great outlook on the canal. Nice to have the single lock up garage for our car, would not suit large SUV vehicles.This was our third visit to Noosaville, this was the best accommodation of our three visits.

Great Apartment

A lovely apartment in a small residential complex. Right on the canal with its own pool. Very clean and well appointed but not really enough lounge seating for 4 in the same room. Only downside is the noise from the main road just on the other side of the canal. It would also benefit from a screen at the end of the deck so that the neighbours and others walking down the path don’t look directly at you. However it was very comfortable and we would return.
