Apartment is in desperate need of refurbishment. Curtains are falling down, lounges are dirty, linen on beds and towels are old and due to be replaced. Washing machine smells. Bathrooms need desperate updating and cleaning. There was hair everywhere in both bathrooms.

Excellent location.

Easy walk to Hastings St or Noosa Junction shops. Nice pool. Apartment definitely showing its age. Ensuite badly designed. Bedrooms, kitchen & living areas all fine. Not the best place we have stayed but decent value for money. Great view of the Noosa River

Fantastic location and amenaties

We were a group of 6 adults and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only negative would be that for adults the second and third bedrooms were small. All esle was fantastic

Great place and reasonable accommodation

This apartment is in a great location with views up the river. Really great layout and suited our family of 5 perfectly. It is modern and fresh. The only downsides for us were the cleanliness and lack of kitchen stock. On the surface the apartment looked really clean but there was an ant problem which they were obviously dealing with as there were piles of dead ants everywhere. Plus under our clean towels so made us wonder how long the apartment had been left uninhabited given it was winter. We chose a s/c apartment to cater for ourselves due to several dietary restrictions. But the kitchen stock was beyond basic. We had no chopping boards or decent knives. We coped but it felt like a camping trip. But that's the joys of a holiday apartment. Also the basic starter pack whilst appreciated was a little too small particularly for a short stay. We only had one toilet roll in each bathroom which lasted one day. Which was no big deal. But would have been nice to not have to buy things like dishwasher powder for a 3 day stay and also things like oil and foil, all things you quickly miss but are loathed to buy and leave behind. But we had a great few days in a great spot.

Great place for a family holiday

Nice,spacious apartment with river views. Great balcony and fully equipped kitchen. 5-10 min walk to the beach.
