不满意：住宿条件和设施，清洁度
Good location, close to everything we needed, which was a big plus. However, the unit really needs pest spraying — we saw a lot of cockroaches during our stay, which was uncomfortable. It’s also important to note that there is no air conditioning, only fans, which made it quite hot at times. We also had issues with the power repeatedly tripping.
The kitchen was very limited in supplies (e.g. not enough glasses, toaster was broken so we had to use grill for toast which was a PITA, basic essentials were lacking — only one roll of toilet paper for 4 people over 5 night stay, no hand soap provided.
Unit could also really benefit from a more thorough / deep clean, grubby marks on a couple of walls etc.
Overall, the location is good, but the unit itself needs better maintenance, cleanliness, and stocking of more basic items. Installing air-conditioning would also make a huge difference to comfort.
Would I stay again?, probably not unless I read reviews with some of these things being improved, mainly aircon.
