Shorebreak Unit 3 - Two Bedroom Apartment with Beach View
Situated directly opposite the patrolled section of beautiful Kings Beach, the family friendly unit is located just a stones throw from the large free saltwater pool, a great choice of restaurants, parkland with free BBQ's and covered seating, interactive water feature and modern playgrounds.
Unit 3 Shorebreak is a nicely furnished, comfortable, 2 bedroom unit situated on the 2nd floor and sleeps up to 5 people in a queen bed and trio bunk (double on the bottom, single on top) . Beautiful timber bi fold doors on the balcony opens up your space where you can enjoy views of the beach and parklands.
The unit features air conditioning in both bedrooms, 2 x LCD TVs, 1 in the main bedroom, the other in the lounge, a DVD player, dishwasher, security screen on 2nd bedroom, flyscreen on the main bedroom, large balcony, and rear access to the large grassy backyard.
The combined bathroom, toilet and laundry has a full shower and the complex offers secure entry and a lock up garage. Please note the garage height is approximately 1.8m so may not be suitable for larger vehicles.

Linen
Please note that linen is not provided in this property. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you. The cost for linen hire for all beds in this property would be $135 p.w. (price includes single sofa bed), or $51 p.w. for just the main bed (subject to an annual price review by the linen hire company).

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
