This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom very comfortable beachfront apartment is amazingly situated, just a short stroll to Mooloolaba Esplanade, cross the parking area and you are at the beach. A luxurious spa is the cherry on top!
Go for a fish around the lighthouse or buy it super fresh from the fish and chip outlets at the Spit.

Top floor position with a private rooftop complete with heated Hotspring Flair 6 seater spa with full massage lounge, dining area, and BBQ.
Air conditioning, Wifi, Netflix, and ocean views from all 3 bedrooms.
2 Queen beds one with ensuite, a Single bed, and 1 Single Trundle suitable for children only.
This property accommodates 5 guests and offers the use of 2 garages.
The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, cutlery, and a crockery
There is also a pool in the complex.

Just perfect!

Wow - what can I say? Location is amazing - on the spit, beach on your doorstep on 1 side, river on the other side. Clean, spacious, modern apartment. The jewel in the crown is the private rooftop spa/bbq area - just magical. We decided we could very easily retire here.Kitchen is very well equipped. Tempur mattress in main bedroom was the best mattress we’ve ever slept on. Only negative was the 2nd bedroom has a very musty smell coming from cupboards - potentially a damp/mould issue. Other than that 5 stars all the way and would def stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay, the place has amazing views and is very comfortable. The spa was a highlight:) The property is very well stocked with appliances, cutlery and crockery. Nothing bad to say!!!

Good Area

This property is great but just be mindful that it is up a few fights of stairs and there is no elevator. The location is great with only a short stroll to the main esplanade and walk across the carpark to the beach. The rooftop area is great however it is up more stairs and separate to the actual unit.

8 nights spent by the family with 3 kids who loved the beach proximity and the rooftop spa as well as easy walk to restaurants and parks. The unit was very well equipped.

Perfect spot for a family holiday

Beautifully renovated and furnished apartment, so clean and well stocked. Perfect location right behind the flagged beach, and an easy walk along the boardwalk into the main part of Mooloolaba. The rooftop with spa was a real treat…amazing views!

Wonderful 60th birthday celebration

Awesome position, unit is well stocked and provides all you could need for a self catering holiday. The private BBQ and spa on the roof top are wonderful and the retractable awning makes daytime use very comfortable. Only improvement would be 3 sets of keys rather than the 2 provided given it’s a 3bedroom. we had 5 adults often going places at different times. Extra set of keys would have been very useful although it certainly didn’t spoil our great stay. Hope we can come visit again.
